Having different radius size affects the finished edge or groove made by the bit, giving you the best appearance and strength of the finished part. A larger radius provides a more rounded edge, which is great for a smoother curve on your workpiece, a smaller curve/radius delivers sharper detail as in intricate work. And example is the 49706-CNC that has a 1/2" radius for smooth round-overs, and the RC-1126 also has a 1/2" radius, suitable for channel cutting. I have multiple radius choices available in my chamfer bits in my shop so I can create the perfect look and the desired finish my customers or my personal use.
